In my experience in the small class, some students did not do any preparation for the course. It is very hard for these students to catch up the class pace and struggle for the class activities. Like this, the students would be overwhelmed with the course and cannot absorb the knowledge effectively. To address the challenges, the design will combine the Flipped Classroom, JiTT exercises and STREAM. This would promote students participation central to the course.

Know the advance of immunotherapy; Learn the specific mechanism of immuno-therapeutic treatment and both the current clinical use and the new upcoming therapies

List all of the literature
Provide some inspired questions to help students form a work frame

Assignments

Randomly assign different topics to students; then students will prepare presentation focusing on the assigned topic.

Students listen to the central explanation and watch the slides

Mentimeter or zoom polling is used to verify that key concepts are understood

Students with same topic will make presentations in same sections

Discussion

Give comments from students with same topic; answer questions from students with different topics
